What exactly do I get for $999?
A structured 45 minute assessment call, a written nine section Time-Reclaim Report with 3 to 7 specific tools matched to your business (each with cost, setup time, and hours saved), a 4 day quick start plan, the dollar value of the time you are losing, and a 30 minute walkthrough call. You own the report either way.
Why is it paid when other consultants offer a free call?
A free call is a sales meeting: its job is to convert you into a project. This is a diagnostic with a deliverable: its job is to hand you a plan you own. Charging for it lets us guarantee the outcome instead of pitching you, and it means we only take calls where we are confident we can find your 5 hours.
How does the guarantee work?
Simple. If the report does not identify at least 5 hours a week you can realistically reclaim, you get a full refund. No forms and no argument. The risk sits with us, where it belongs.
I am not technical. Is this going to be over my head?
No. The report is written in plain language and every recommendation is an off the shelf tool chosen because it is simple to adopt. The 4 day plan gives you one small action a day. If you can run a business, you can run this plan.
Does AI really work for a business like mine?
Sometimes the fix is AI, sometimes it is a smarter process or a simple tool. We only recommend what actually saves you hours. If there is nothing worthwhile, we tell you directly and the guarantee covers you.
How much of my time does this take?
About 75 minutes total: the 45 minute assessment call and the 30 minute walkthrough. No preparation is needed. The whole point is to give you time back, not take more of it.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe sends you straight to the booking calendar. You pick a time, a Google Meet invite lands in your inbox, and that is it. Payment to booked call takes about three minutes.
Do you implement the tools too?
The report is designed so you can implement it yourself. If you want help setting things up, ask on the walkthrough call and we can talk about implementation support. It is never required, and there is no pressure.
Do you work outside Ottawa?
The calls happen on Google Meet, so location is not a barrier. Ottawa is home and most clients are local, but if your business runs on the same busywork, the assessment works the same way.
Do you only do the assessment, or do you build things too?
We build too. Websites at fixed prices, and custom work like online stores, AI automations, internal tools and booking systems. The websites page has the pricing, and custom work gets a fixed quote scoped on one free call. No hourly billing, ever.
How can the website build be free?
Because you are on a monthly plan instead. Pick any plan with a 12 month minimum and the build itself costs nothing up front. It works because a website needs ongoing care anyway, so instead of a big invoice on day one, you pay for the relationship that keeps it working. After 12 months it is month to month.
If I cancel my plan, do I lose my website?
No. The website is yours no matter how it was paid for. If you leave a plan after your minimum term, we hand over everything and help you move it. No hostages here.
What if I need something bigger, like a store or a booking system?
That is custom work with its own fixed quote, agreed before anything starts. Book the free 15 minute consultation, describe what you need, and you will get a price and a delivery date on that call.
